Overview
At Safexx, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items:
- Due to the nature of safety equipment and hygiene requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Used PPE of any kind
- Safety footwear once worn
- Gloves, masks, respirators, or head protection once opened
- Clearance or sale items
- Special-order or custom products
Defective or Incorrect goods
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- If the issue persists, contact us using the details provided
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank (processing times vary)
Exchange Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If approved, exchanges will be for the same product only, subject to stock availability
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. Safexx cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
